Elie is the Founder & CEO of Skilled2Hire, a software company developing novel training solutions for schools, apprenticeship programs and on-the-job training.  Skilled2Hire is developing solutions to simplify and reduce vehicle diagnostic time.  Elie is also the CEO of Mechanics Marketplace, a company focused exclusively on recruiting and headhunting in the Automotive industry.  Prior to his venture in the Automotive industry, Elie was a high-tech executive in several successful start-ups and Fortune 500 companies.   He has led small and large teams and managed P&Ls exceeding $100M.  He has presented at multiple conferences and conducted numerous webinars.  He holds a MBA and he’s the author of 3 patents.  During his free time, Elie enjoys the outdoors, playing tennis, and watching movies based on real historical events.
