Sara Fraser

Sara Fraser

Sara Fraser is a millennial who has a love for life, travel, and connecting with other humans!  She has over 15 years of retail and management experience, the last 6 of them as an office manager for a used car sales and service center.  To bring her customer service, marketing, and business knowledge to the automotive industry she joined the team at Haas Performance Consulting in 2018.  

Sara loves helping others grow and succeed and is excited to share her expertise on management and social media, her views on how and why the younger generations think and act, and how to work and manage a business within a multi-generational workforce.

When she isn’t working Sara spends her time attending theatrical productions, music festivals, concerts, advocating for human and animal rights, celebrating life in general and connecting with other people from all over the world.

Chris Cotton has been in the auto repair industry for 30 years, and in the customer service industry for over 40 years! He's a former multi unit shop owner that has dedicated his life to helping other shop owners turn their shops into high performing businesses and helping them realize their dream, at the same time helping them learn all the things they didn’t know they needed to know!

As the owner of AutoFix Auto Shop Coaching, Chris helps his clients to utilize a unique method of cash management that gives you processes to control your money and procedures to allow your cash to flow through your business the way you want it to. This allows shop owners to be in control of their business instead of being at its mercy. He can also help in all other matters relating to managing an auto repair shop including but not limited to; Employee Hiring, Pricing Strategies, Aligning for Profit, Aligning Car Count with Shop Goals, Pay Plans, Goal Setting and probably most importantly: Accountability.

Chris has helped his automotive clients realize over 50 million dollars in return on investment (ROI) and he looks forward to working with you to do the same. Chris has over 20,000 hours of coaching via zoom and phone. Chris has been called a “subject matter expert in all things relating to auto shop management” by others in the industry. The reason why Chris gets out of bed every morning is to hold great shop owners like you accountable for your goals and dreams.

DiagNation provides remote connect guided fault finding, remote module coding and programming functions, as well as personal screen connect training sessions for hands-on training at the shop.

Gary teaches advanced automotive diagnostics with WorldPac and several automotive associations and writes diagnostic articles for MOTOR.com and Automotive Data Media. His specialties are drivability diagnostics, electrical, electronics and lab scope training. Adam Robertson

adam robertsonAdam has been training for CARQUEST Technical Institute since 2000 covering WA, OR, CA, and ID.

We welcome Adam to Arizona!

So far, he has 38 years of experience as an automotive technician/instructor, beginning his automotive career in the early 1980’s, owning/operating his own automotive repair and training facilities since 1991. Beyond standard auto/truck diagnostics and repair, he has spent many years working with high performance vehicles.

Adam has also authored numerous pieces of training curriculum and books as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). With his “contagious” teaching style and incredible amounts of energy and passion, Adam is a regular training fixture at many national automotive training events each year supporting CTI.

Adam has knowledge and experience with almost every tool on the market from basic meters, scopes, scan tools, programming equipment to the more obscure hybrid/electric motor and battery testing/repairing equipment. He purchases almost every new tool that comes out.

Connor Tracy

Connor Tracy1Connor has an impressive 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and is currently the Director of Partner Relations at KUIUI. His objective is to teach shop owners how to succeed in their businesses. Prior to KUKUI, Connor had spent nearly two decades leading auto repair shops to become more prosperous and successful. His expertise includes Growth, Profitability, Dominating Market Presence, and Leadership Development. Growing up in Mesa, Arizona, Connor started his career working in the Phoenix Metro area. His passion for the automotive aftermarket is apparent, as he continues to develop as a leader in the industry.
