Will Rasmussen

Will Rasmussen

Will started his automotive career in 1982 as technician. Spent most of his time with General Motors. He then went to work at 2 independent shops. In 1997 Will started a new career in the chemical industry. Will has been training service consultants for over 24 years. After 23 years Will went on hisown. Will and his wife Tina started Southwestern Wynn’s Products. Over the years his passion has been training. The automotive industry is the most fascinating but sometimes overwhelming industry.

I see shop owner, management teams and service consultants become overwhelmed and frustrated and lose the passion and drive. Will believes that most of the obstacles can be overcome by the explanation of WHY it is to be done a certain way. Many times, in our lives we have been told to do something but never explained WHY. Will believes that if the answer to WHY is explained, other than told to do it the subject is accepted other that ridiculed. He knows there is not a bad service consultant. There are poor direction and a lack of education that creates a bad service consultant. Will say’s “LET’S FIX THIS for everyone’s benefit.
